Theproblemis whetheritis actuallyappliedfairlyamong theconvictedpeople.Isitbased on race,sex,economicstatusorage?It is apparent that out of the500 peoplewhohas beenexecutedin Texas only8% are women.Whydotheyexecutefewerwomenthan menwhile,in fact, bothcould haveconvicteda crime?In someinstancesitis not truethata womanis fragileandcommitlessseriouscrimesthan. Womenin at timeskillpeoplebrutallythan evenmen.Awomanwhocan shootorstaba personis as dangerousas a manwhodoesthesamecrime.Suchvictimsshould be givena punishmentwiththe sameintensity.

Outof thepeopleexecutedat 2013, eight wereAfrican-American, five werewhite andthree wereHispanic. Allcriminalsare thesamewhetherwhite, black orHispanic. Whenitcomesto capitalpunishment,itshould be equallydistributed.African-Americanare toughandaggressive,butthatdoesnot necessarilymeanthewhites wholeada morecrimeare better.Anycriminalis as dangerousas theother.

Whensomeone killstheotherperson,itshould not matterbecauseiftheyarespareditshowstheyhavetherightto offendotherpeopleandgetawaywith it.Thereportshowsthat108 African-American wereconvictedforkillingwhites,andonlyfour whites wereconvictedforkillingAfrican-American. Thisis alsounfairbecauseitshowsthatkillinga white personis a capitaloffencemorethan killinga white. Peopleof a stableincomeandfamiliesespeciallywhites are not convictedwhileAfrican-Americans with polygamous relationshipandpoorincomeare convicted.Thejuryshould firstunderstandthatthesepeopleare into crimebecauseof their economicstatusandthusshould focusonimprovingthem into a betterstatus.Afterallwhenyoukilla parentwith three ormorekids,youdenythecountryresponsiblepeoplein futurebecauseof lackof parentalloveandguidance(Jost 4).
