The wiki entry also identifies the major differences betweensummative and formative assessment.

However,the main weakness of the wiki entry is that it does not give examplesof formative and summative evaluations. One or two examples willenable the wiki entry audience to clearly understand what summativeor formative assessments are. Additionally, wiki entry is mixed upand confusing. The wiki page will be more appealing to the reader ifsummative and formative evaluations were described separately. Forexample, the writer could have used different paragraphs instead ofmixing ideas.

However, the informationcontained is mainly the assessment process in formative and summativeevaluations as opposed to descriptions. The wiki page would have beenmore appealing if the two evaluation criterion were described indifferent paragraphs instead of mixing ideas. For example, the firstparagraph starts with description of formative evaluation but movesto summative evaluation. This is likely to confuse the leader. Also,giving examples would make the description clear and precise.
