Transformationalleadershiphas a significantinfluenceon a student’sperformance(Thamrin, 2012). Learnersownthegoalssetandthrough commitment,there is a highpossibilityof improvedperformance.Theleadershipapproachdevolves to individual’stransformedinitiativeandconsequently, theupgradedperformancecomesas theresult(Thamrin, 2012). Improvedperformanceis attributable to thesatisfactionthat learnershavewhenstudyingin a particularorganizationsunder thewatchof committedteachers.Jobsatisfactionis a fruitof transformational leadershipsince itenablestheformationof focused groupsto drivethepointof theadministrationhome(Thamrin, 2012).

Transformationalleadershippracticeis effectivein creatingpreferredpositiveresultsin schoolreformefforts,notablyimprovestudents’performancein variousaspects(Solomon, 2007). There is a relationshipbetween theleadershipapproachandcommittedto achievingto setobjectivesin a school(Solomon, 2007).Commitmentto thegoalsof theinstitutionis keyin determiningthemostviable to achievethegoalsof anyorganization.Transformedheadsandprincipalsare thebestchannelsfora transformed schoolmanagementanda consequentialhighperformance(Solomon, 2007). Theinfluencethat transformedleadershaveon their subordinatesinclinestowards thebestpracticesas outlinedby thelargereducationmanagementsystem(Solomon, 2007).

Besidesthis,theleadercan autonomously influencethepeopleunder his watchto worktowards theinstitution’starget(Solomon, 2007).Apartfrom attainingthestandardproposedby thesystem,transformedleaderssettheir bestpracticesto reflectthevaluesacquired(Solomon, 2007). Muchof thecomponentsof theindividual’stargetsgobeyond thestandardrequirements,andthisis a reflectionof autonomyandtransformation.Thepracticesproposedin an educationinstitutionfavorthelearnersby givingthem therelevantsupportas wellas givingthestaffthenecessaryinfrastructureto achievethegoals(Solomon, 2007).
